I picked these files up at a flea market last year. They must be for something special, as they have tapered sides and teeth only on the one side. They are course, medium and fine cut. They are about 8.5 inches long and 11/16 wide. I don’t need a special job to use them, they would work nice in corners. but I was just curious about them.

Nice files Mike !
I have many hundreds of files, but not that style.
Can't say who created that design, but it certainly has a lot of possibilities for pocket corner work.
There is a great web site that describes the basics of most hand tools, like files ( see # 33)
