A few more parts completed....won't be long and I can anodise the aluminium parts.

and I struggle with fixing the drain plug in my lawn tractor.....

Thanks for the comments!

Just finished up anodising all the aluminium parts and all went well. Now onto the fussy stuff like jewel bezels and pivots

Anodizing is done! Jewel Bezels are set and jewels are in place...A mix of both Sapphire and Ruby jewels...

Maybe you'd be willing to talk about your bluing tray. I, for one, would find it interesting.
What function does the tray perform? Is it as it appears, made of a copper alloy? If so, Why? What purpose do the chips serve?
Beautiful job of machining, polishing and bluing. I'm not the least bit surprised! :wink:
