Yes
Given enough time and $ -> most anything can be done.
Depending on the exact vintage, an adapter plate may be needed, but that is just metal and holes.
There are a lot of power feeds available from ROC / PRC these days.

I have one just like it,maybe bigger. Mine came with power x so definitely possible.

I understand you have a Select milling machine. I have the same one, (model OB). How do you like it? I bought mine sometime during the early 90's. I put a DRO on it and it is a great little machine.

Yes I do
Purchased mine in late 1970's or so.
Like it very much, but do not use it a great deal since I purchased a Wells index. Only problem was electrical. The on off switch failed and had to be replaced.
Also put a balanced handwheel in the short axis to help keeping from drifting.
Never put a DRO on it.
I built a 3/4" Hudson on it.
Like the mill more than the lathe which had a soft compound and never would cutoff properly.
