Whoever does get that is gonna get a screaming deal on shipping - $13.50 for expedited shipping.

Suggest reading the payment policies with a fine tooth comb to understand what happens if the product arrives damaged... As far as refund for the cost of the locomotive goes.

Either way, that's your classic Little Engines locomotive right there. Wonder where the reserve will tap out.

Looking closely…..I’m pretty sure that is not a Little Engines Atlantic. I believe it is a Friend’s 1” scale Atlantic. It has different cylinders and Baker valve gear.

Whoops. You got me there. I assumed a little too much. I see the cylinder steam chest bolt pattern now..

Gauge is listed as "51/2 track".
Does that mean 5 1/2"?
Strange either way.

If they measured the track, then 5 1/2 is likely the measurement over the outside of the two rails on 4 3/4” gauge track.

I contacted the lister. It is 4-3/4" gauge. She said she is selling for a friend that had only displayed it, and didn't know much about it. She said it was pickup only :-)

Yeah, that steel looks old, and a bit crude. As it is past 2 g's and may need a boiler. The interest goes down quickly.

Looks nice but I am out of the bidding now.
