I don't know anything about these machines, either but one of the more respected YouTube guys, Stefan Gotteswinter, has at least two videos where he talks about his Optimum MB4. Not the same machine as you mentioned, but maybe one or both of those videos will help you:

Again, this is a different model than the one you mentioned, and I don't personally know anything about it.

I have to assume that you are looking for a CNC machine to make these parts?

The only easy way is to do it with a rotary table, which I'm going to assume he'll be buying along with the mill....or shortly after :roll:
