If you can describe in detail the problem you have, I may be able to suggest a method that will yield the desired results.

Hell, !!, you can't give up yet , old Custer is waiting for it. Hmmmm, I can do 45-70 barrels, mite take me a few years for eight, but just think of it when I turn up at the annual black powder cannon shoot with it, while there`s bullets in the air there`s hope. Homebrew.357.

I have the go/no-go gauges, but get my skills, to the point, to cut the bolts/barrels, right, is lacking! The rest of the parts, work well!
Gun looks good, but it is not a shooter, yet. Someday?

This is a RG-G inspired build with 6 barrels.
First test firing.
A little less work and money, but still lots of fun.

I'd enjoy reading a little about them. Care to share some of your experiences?

I just finished making all the parts for the RGG gun. Presently making the yoke and trunion assy to support it on a surveyors tripod for assembly and tuning.
It has taken me several months of spare time and probably cost close to $2000 in parts materials and tools. So far I think every part is functional but Ill know better in a week. I made it for a 50 round stick mag.
