Got my teeth cleaned today, and while I was talking to my dentist, he told me about his projects. He designs lightweight, collapsible dental chairs to be used in poor countries. I told him about my machining misadventures, and I recommended this forum and HSM to him. You might be seeing him here before too long.
He told me about a good metal supplier in my area, which is nice, because the one I use is somewhat limited.
