THE DSMA MAKING A PART

Here is the Hardinge DSMA making the union ferrules for the starter valves. When I timed the first few parts the hydraulic fluid was cold but after the machine warmed up it only took 1min. 50sec. to machine the part. I can see a real potential with this machine making all the small parts. The safety valves will be much easier to set as the parts will now be more consistent in size.
