Re: PVLS Fall Meet
Errol - thanks for the pics. The little "Invicta" is interesting, propane fired, "interesting" weights on the front end, and the detail that the builder put on is really nice - look at the top of the chimney.
Maybe next year, I'll be back to PVLS, and/or Waushakum... JohnS.

Hi Errol
I finally figured out how to resize the pics, easy for some, not so much for me.
hope you don't mind me throwing on a couple more pics
I tried to get people in as many as possible.

Re: PVLS Fall Meet
We all had a wonderful time and I am really looking forward to the blow-down meet (October 10th - 12th).
The pics at 800X529 do not do them justice. The amount of detail in the original photos is just incredible! Like the pic of the back head on Steve's Invicta is amazing, but the file sizes are huge, so they have to be resized to make them manageable.
Not complaining just saying.

Re: PVLS Fall Meet
Who is the maker of castings for that 0-4-0t and is it 3/4" scale or 1" scale?
3/4" scale LBSC Bantam Cock
3/4" scale B4 project (re-designed LBSC Juliet)

Re: PVLS Fall Meet
pretty sure its 1" and was completed by Ross Grant he is the guy with the Uintah
I don't know what castings they are, I think he picked it up as a rolling chassis at one of our club meets and finished it off very quickly.
The engine is now owned by another club member (not me, i am so jealous) who has plans on making it into a tender engine instead of a tank engine.

Jody:
Nice photos, it is strange to see ME in a photo though! If you would like to you could send me the full size pics on disc and I will add them to the NEMES page from that weekend. They will be 1000 pix wide and of course I will give you credit as the photographer.

Re: PVLS Fall Meet
I know
we all enjoy and look forward to your pictures and coverage but you are always on the other side of the camera so I put your pic first.
there are a number of people who fall into the same category, Jim Leggitt comes to mind.
I would be happy to put the pics on a disc, may take a couple months before I figure that out how to do that also.
the credit is fine but that aspect is of very little importance to me.
