I wouldn't know Charles, Auntie Fern won't let me haul any dirty stuff in her Chrysler minivan so I have to rely on the mighty Dodge PU. One thing about hauling that steel in the GMC panel truck, it was hanging out the back almost as much as inside so almost all the weight was on that back axle plus the weight of the truck itself.

Unka(You reckon that is why a couple of years later one of the GMC wheel bearings went down?? Naw!)Jesse.

Owner Jack Ozanich passed away 29 May 2020, but the railroad appears to continue operation.

Yes, we are still running. Jack set up a Trust. I will be going down Sunday.
My Grandson, Noah, came down with me in October. He had a grand time!

Marty,

Will the Trust also protect and preserve Jack's HO Layout, the A&GW? Only remember seeing one article about his model railroad once in MR and it was rather impressive.

Yes. it will. There is a group of guys who operated the A&GW. They will continue.

That will be a beast! Huge engine.

Someone built a very accurate #23, not the one from RMI parts, I think in the PNW.

Very neat. wonder if Dave has run it much? That's at the upper end of 7.5 gauge equipment. I think the 3.75 scale #23 would be larger than the 2.5 scale K36.
