Feedback on Allen models

Sometime back there was an article in Live Steam by a fellow who had built several Allen engines and had some reccommendations for modifications.
Anyone got that issue who would be willing to forward me a copy of the article?

The fellow who wrote the article, I believe, was Don Orr, of LocoParts. I'm not sure of the exact issue of Live Steam, but Don can be contacted through LocoParts and would quite likely be able to provide the exact information concerning the issue. I know he sells some after market parts for the Allen locomotives.
