Hoppercar...try the following website: www.banninglocomotiveworks.com. Carl B.
Life is like a sewer...what you get out of it depends on what you put into it!
I don't walk on water...I just learned where some of the stepping stones are!
I love mankind...it's some of the people I can't stand!

Re: Catalog
I have been trying to get some stuff from Jesse since January. Talked on the phone 2 times all my other calls went unanswered. None of my emails have been answered. Still no parts, I hope he gets to where he is able to keep the business going like Mike did. Not giving up yet!

Re: Catalog
Good morning all. I almost have the new catalog done. I have to finish a the price list for 3 more locomotives and then I can finish the catalog. As most are aware, material prices change drastically. We are going to be offering complete kits again not just castings. There are several hours spent on the phone with material vendors to get current material prices. You can still call or email for parts. I am extremely busy. I have 8 locomotive projects as well as all the re-design work for the small scales. Of course everybody wants everything yesterday. I do not have any employees. I am a one man band. I am trying to get the inventory up as well since it was low when the business was taken over. It all takes time and money. I still have to be a father and a husband too. Everything takes time. Currently I am working 20 hrs/week on locomotive projects. I fell behind when I had the double hernia surgery. I am finally getting caught up. The shop is what takes care of the overhead not the LE business. Obviously that is what requires the most time. I do not operate out of my house hence having the overhead. I did purchase a Haas CNC turning center to help speed things up. Please just extend some grace while I get everything squared away.
765NKP,
What parts are you trying to get?

Re: Catalog
Jesse,
Can you provide insight as to what the future small scale offerings will be, and guesstimated time frame?
Thanks
Jimmy

Re: Catalog
I am bringing back all the small scales. They are all being re-designed. All modern engines will have true piston valve block. I started on the 2.5" gauge already as well as the 3.5" gauge. The 1" scale will be next. to keep things simple, The modern engines will be based off the UP FEF 3. If you want an atlantic, pacific, mountain, hudson, etc, add or eliminate an axle. The 1" tanker and switchers will basically be the same with the exception of water jet frames and a few other details.
Attached are photos of the 2.5" gauge locomotive

Re: Catalog
This is good news. Thank you!
Re: Catalog
I had talked to you about crossheads, exhaust stand, and maybe the valve gear parts for the Pacific.
I also have a LE old Northern chassis needing some valve gear parts.
Pm me and let me know
Thanks
