Two cylinder beam engine drawings

Post by FLtenwheeler »

I am looking for a set of drawings for the 2 cylinder beam engine. It is large with a 16” flywheel.

I was waiting to see if you had any response, and I hoped you would. In the meantime (as no responses poured in), I was thinking one alternative would be to reverse-engineer the castings and develop a set of new drawings. That would take some time, and the usual knowledge to do it, but it could certainly be done. The other of course would be to locate an existing model and measure it up.

Hello, your request for drawings would be more appropriate at these forums.

I believe those castings were sold in the 80's and may have advertised in LS
