Anyone know where I can find information..drawings, or possibly someone supply's castings?...for the Commonwealth high speed pedestal, swing link trucks. ..they were used a lot on rpo cars, and tender trucks

Hoppercar,

A Commonwealth (GSC) high speed pedestal, swing link truck is shown on page 900 of the 1941 Locomotive Cyclopedia.
If that's the one that you are looking for I have a print, probably from a later version of the Locomotive Cyclopedia.
