B&O EM-1 2-8-8-4's

Post by Gary Bonine »

Does anyone possibly have copies of the 1-1/2" scale elevation and section drawings for B & O's EM-1 2-8-8-4's that I could purchase copies of?

I have Robert Hundman's Cyclopedia with Bruce Meyers HO gauge drawing for the EM-1 but it is too small to use for accurate measurements. Bruce's drawing was so good he had to have worked from the originals but he died some years ago.

Gary, we have kind of poor software. usually sent messages that disappear mean the intended recipient opened it on their end.

Not poor at all. That's a feature that permits the sender to know when a message has been opened. A message remains in one's out box until it is opened, at which time it moves to the sent box. If it remains in the out box, it's a clear sign that the recipient either refuses to open the message, or is unaware that there is a message waiting. In such a case, it helps to make mention, which can be accomplished by posting on the board, or even by sending an email notification, assuming the email address is at one's disposal.
