I have worked with a large amount of dental alloy. Ticonium 100 premium had Berylium in it, This came from aircraft engine parts. Berylium was used for elongation ( Stretch before brake) Berylium is not a problem as itself, however when you burn it, the gas produced will cause beryliosis...not something you want. grinding is burning BTW
