Tuckahoe Steam and Gas Association, Easton, Maryland

Post by discodan »

I am a volunteer at Tuckahoe and I also manage the machine shop museum, which is a working museum of line-shaft and early electrified machinery. We have a very large shop with a great variety of machines. Some machines are running, some are not, some are restored and some are awaiting restoration or are being kept in original condition.

In addition to the machine shop we have a large gas engine building, a steam engine building, a rural life museum, a blacksmith forge, a tractor pull area, a saw mill, traction engines and many other great exhibits.

We typically have a big show in the summer. Hopefully we can do it this year. Last year we had a small show in October.

Our website is: www.tuckahoesteam.org

If you like old gas engines, one of our members posts on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs1_Jm ... _-dLnXHWag
