Ok finished making the feet to the body yesterday. I am debating to silver solder them on or just leave them to be screwed on. I don't know how to get around them with the wrapper if I solder them. On the prototype they cut rectangular openings, but were they longer than the feet to slide over?

Today I did some silver soldering to add the exhaust fittings from the cylinders and a boss from appliances (air pumps, feed water pump).

Starting to attach the wrapper over the body. I used some steam gasket material for insulation if it helps. I made a fixture with 2 vee grooves spaced the same distance apart as the cover holes on the sides. Then I used 2 gauge pins that fit the id of the tapped hole placed in the vee and butt the body up against the fuxture. I carefully drill the tap drill for 0-80 screws. Move 1 pin to the next hole and rotate the body again and again 39 more times. Easy peaszy like Jack says.

A couple of shots of the attached wrapper around the feed water heater body sitting on top of redesigned feet.
