If I may add, there is a fellow known as "tubalcain" on YouTube. He is a retired VocationalMachine Shop Instructor. He has over 150 some detailed videos for home machinists as well as advanced machinists. he really lays out "old school" common sense with manual machine shop instructions. http://www.youtube.com/user/mrpete222

Yes, by all means, check out Youtube for Tubalcain's videos and while there take a look at Keith Fenner's and Keith Rucker's videos also. I have these 3 plus several more on my list to watch.
