Suppliers

Post by southwestern737 »

When you read that subject line I would bet you thought it was another horror story, well it is not. A couple of months ago I decided to put air brakes on my train, after reading several post I was not looking forward to dealing with any supplier. I use Tom Bee and Mountain Car trucks, I contacted Tom Bee and Titan the same day, no answer by phone at either one so I emailed both of them, they both responded in less than an hour. I placed orders with both suppliers, I had parts from one in less than a week and the other in about two and a half weeks. Both delivered exactly what I ordered, I was kept informed about shipping dates, and the parts arrived on time and well packaged. I would consider this excellent service from both companies. Just wanted to pass along a supplier success story.
Thanks Titan and Tom Bee,
Brent Courtney

Thank you Brent.

Always nice to hear good things.

I’m sure the suppliers appreciate the positive feedback as well.

Take care,
Brian
