If a Pacific could make it around a curve, so could a GG-1. The articulated chassis made it very maneuverable. I ran my 1" scale GG-1 chassis on a 25' radius circular test track in my backyard with no problem. The GG-1 was an engineering grand slam, but deceptively difficult to model, after 12 years I gave up and sold my project. John

I have been relaxing lately by watching some Mill Creek Central Railroad videos, and I saw a gorgeous GG1. I would love to know who made that masterpiece. My father has been dreaming of building or buying a GG1 for years.
