Are you online?

Post by ctwo »

I think I am using the allenstyle-subsilver theme.

I noticed a diagonal "online" banner striped diagonally across the user's information in their posts (right side). That feature is just a minor joy of the forum, except...

I think I am using the same theme everywhere, but the feature does not show right now (it would show on my posts), or perhaps it never shows on my Win10 machine.

Just an observation. Do you folks notice it?

Blink! Blink!
I use ASSS and do not see what you mentioned, although I seem to recall having seen it sometime in the past.

How about a screen shot, so we know for sure what we're looking for?

Sure, I see it now at work. Chrome browser always. I am on Win7 here, Win10 when I do not see it, but that might not be related(?).

Yep! That's what I recall seeing, although I have no clue why it comes and goes. I do not see it presently, and I can't remember when I last saw it.

Maybe I'll try viewing the board via Chrome. I typically use IE, which is my default browser. It's becoming troublesome, however, as my computer was recommended to remain Windows 7 (by Microsoft). It's becoming a dinosaur.

Well, it's clearly not a problem related to IE, nor to Windows 7, for immediately after posting my previous comments the ONLINE bar in the upper right hand corner appeared.

Been there for a while. Never gave it a thought really.
I see it on Win7 with Brave & Opera.
I also see it on my ipad using Safari.
