Sweet corn

How come you never see field corn.blown over....this is the 5th year in a row, the wind has knocked down my.sweet corn....im.sick and tired of screwing with.it. ....why does sweet corn.have such a weak root system

I've seen hundreds of acres of field corn flattened by hail.

the only reason I don't see my sweet corn knocked down - is that I don't plant any..

field corn down by the acre after the latest storm.

majority of sweet corn (in our area) has already been picked.
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

My neighbor's sweet corn plantings live in gusty winds to 30 mph.
No knockdowns yet.

Giggle... 30 mph is a mild breeze

3 tornadoes and a hurricane so far this year and it is no yet September
