A mechanic should have at least some background of engineering. Once I was explaining how a certain job should be done to a engineer, at the end of our conversation he told me , you are too complicated. Well for someone who doesn´t know the subject! When we don´t know something it is always difficult. I have worked with other engineers and they were good at what they were doing and the conversation and work did flow in the right direction but for my surprise their tools were not only the pen but also the open wrench and others :).
earlgo and RussN, People like you you are the ones that are real engineers

My Father taught me to always be aware of what you do NOT know or understand, and seek that knowledge.
That is a key to individual success.

Thanks, Dad.
