Two points to mention. The simplified formula for RPM is (CS x 4)/D The 4 come from 12/Pi and is close enough. CS is Cutting Speed, same as SFPM Example, 05 diameter tool and SFPM of 100 so, 100x4 = 400 / .5 = 800 RPM Second, are you keeping the quill retracted into the head as much as possible? Bet...

I have placed a one question survey on the home page of our (NEMES) website. It asks for your preference on how many thumbnails across a page you would prefer. I currently use eight or nine across but if a majority of our readers have smaller screens than I do I will be happy to re-configure future ...
