Re: Info request, Friends Hudson tender bottom
I once had to drill 100 holes in to 316 Stainless steel and I was using Boeinglube on the drill bit and after I was done the drill bit was still factory sharp. I have also drilled 4 holes into 1-7/8 inch mild steel using Boeinglube and it is like the drill bit was never used after I was done drillin...

Re: Anybody experienced with P3 .035 wire?
It sounds like the voltage settings are way too high and the wire speed is too low by it vaporized back into the the contact tip on the MIG stinger. Vertical welding are you welding up or down the peace of metal? For overhead welding you have to set the welder for horizontal welding (i.e. settings t...

Steam Dome Cap Material To Use
What type of steel do I need to use for the steam dome cap? My boiler did not come one and I bought the locomotive from the third owner of this engine. What I have been told is that the boiler was built by Colorado Boiler Company. By the way the locomotive is 2.5 inch scale 2-8-0.

Re: New Supplier of Trucks
JTolan it is for 1 truck only at that price, people have to pay double for a pair of passenger car trucks. I don't know why they don't want to sell them as a pair. Who just wants to buy just 1 passenger car truck???

Re: Who Sell Economy Butterfly Fire Box Door
Tom Artzberger does not carry them, they use to be sell by RidgWay Roundhouse Products but know one can get a hold of Paul Lavacot and he won't get back to anybody. I am welling to buy a used one if it has all the parts and plans for it.
