Johnson Gas Furnace, model 900. 120,K/hr. BTU.
Natural gas or Propane. (currently set up for propane) Easily converted in under 1 hour.
Holds a 12lb crucible and brings 12lbs of aluminum to 1350 in about 45 minutes.
The refactory liner is in excellent condition.
Simpson ("portable") muller and a Mity Mite lab muller.
The Simpson runs on 220V Single Phase and can easily handle 100 lbs of sand. Completely rebuilt 3 years ago. New bearings, seals and plows.
Mity Mite is 110V and can mull about 10 lbs of sand and is in good condition.
30" X 60" ramming bench can hold 200lbs of sand.
25+ flasks of various sizes from 4"x 6" to 18" sq.
100+ lbs of K-Bond sand of 120 grit plus all the chemicals to mull. K-Bond was developed by Kent State University and is totally hypoallergenic. No harmful components.And it's still used at KSU.
All hand tools needed to ram up molds included.
300+ lbs of pigged A-356 included. Under 100lbs of silicon bronze included.
