Loco-Notes by Gary Kubicek

Post by SteveR »

I was recently given a set of "Loco-Notes" written by Gary Kubicek. I've searched Chaski and the web and found nothing about them. Searching is complicated by the use of the "-" in the title.

I only have up to volume 3b. Are there more? Anyone remember the history of these?
Thanks,

Here is what the IBLS site has about Mr. Kubicek.

While there is no mention of his notes, the IBLS site may be a perfect place for what you have been given.

Daris Nevil would likely be interested in adding your new-found notes to Gary's entry at the IBLS website.
You can contact him at,

John,
Already done. He and I were both wondering, looks like I posted first. :)

I also have Loco-Notes 1, 1a, 2, 2a, 3, 3a and 3b. Picked these up at a LALS President's Auction. Gary had passed by the time I joined the club in the mid 70's. Cary Stewart may weigh in, he knows this history...
