One more thing: I have temporarily removed the CNC4PC C11 board from the circuit and subbed a $15 Chinese BOB. This board has almost no variables (charge pump, enable pin etc) to deal with. If I can get it running this way I may go back to the C11.

Still trying to sort out the power supply voltages. Here's what I am measuring:

Lab volt connections
Power supply
Transformer output 33.7 V Ac
30V DC at rect. Bridge
96V at cap
74VAC yellow
74VAC orange
Red/black drive power 7.5VDC

That last line does not make sense. I wish I knew what the steppers required.

Have a local guy helping me, two heads better than one hopefully. Stay tuned

Marty, do you have any idea what voltage these steppers require?
Gotta be more than 7.5 volts!

The stepper driver boards are powered by 42vdc

I just lost my 42v...its only measures 1.4v

I still have the 12v though

I hsve no idea what happened......i just powered on today and no axis would move...found out no 42v to driver boards

Check for a blown fuse back track.
