fun
dad and I spent the day cleaning and painting yesterday. I think our work speaks for it's self. all ready to go for Saturday. last run of the year.

I remember when your dad brought it to the Fingerlakes live steamers 30th anniversary meet. I took a lot of pictures of that locomotive and it still looks the same. I also remember your dad putting the engine in the back of a Saturn wagon to take it home. I hope to see it again at either FLLS or NJLS.

yea I remember those old vans as a little kid, dad and I went to ALOT of clubs with 5344 back in the day. well our blow down was yesterday so that's it for the season this year. but you are always welcome to attend next year. we ran yesterday for 4 hours and the engine steamed like a demon.
