dad and I spent the day cleaning and painting yesterday. I think our work speaks for it's self. all ready to go for Saturday. last run of the year.

I saw her at least once at ALS I think.

I remember when your dad brought it to the Fingerlakes live steamers 30th anniversary meet. I took a lot of pictures of that locomotive and it still looks the same. I also remember your dad putting the engine in the back of a Saturn wagon :shock: to take it home. I hope to see it again at either FLLS or NJLS.

well don, she has had a lot done to her since then. but overall she is still in excellent condition.

yea I remember those old vans as a little kid, dad and I went to ALOT of clubs with 5344 back in the day. well our blow down was yesterday so that's it for the season this year. but you are always welcome to attend next year. we ran yesterday for 4 hours and the engine steamed like a demon.

we did paul, yesterday was perfect running weather. engine ran like a top

I'm very surprised no one offers NYC hudson castings currently considering how popular they are and what an iconic locomotive it has always been.
