Tiny Power M twin

Post by duckman903 »

just a shot in the dark, but does any one have a set of prints for the building/machining of a Tiny power M twin, was gifted a half built M twin but the prints have flown the coop. WOW this thing is big will weigh about 400 LBS when done, and probably will need a bigger boat 23+ foot long and a bigger boiler, thanks in advance Tom alias DUCKMAN .

Hi

Did you try the current owners of the Tiny Power line. Even though they may not sell the castings they may sell the prints if you inquire.

Their store page lists the M twin as castings and blueprints both available:

Ronnie and Deanna could use the money. They make their entire living building and selling steam boats and steam engines. Send the money!

What do you _need_ the drawings for? It's a vertical engine, with castings- take any set of similar drawings, and they are likely to give most of the answers needed...

(unless the castings are minty fresh, in which case dishing out $85 to the owners is probably the easiest way...)

purchase the drawings.

technically (and morally)...anyone that copies and sends you the drawings if violating a copyright.

i know...$85 is $85 -> but if you are building a model of that size and don't have $85 for a set of plans...then perhaps the cost of the boat and boiler is going to exceed your available budget..
Too many things going on to bother listing them.
