I was kind of hoping to join ALS ,retirement and Florida came up first. I do not believe there is a club close that may have a high line for me to play on when I am finished. Oh well, it looks like I will just have to find a big boy to work on.
It is good to get on here and read all the good stuff.

Great looking engine!

Now you just need to build an identical one in 7.5 gauge!!

I am impressed! Looks like you got the boiler sorted out, and everything went together pretty good. Now, you gotta show us some pictures of it under steam. What is the fuel used?

Great little locomotive! You must be very happy with it.

Just curious where you got your pressure gauge from? I'm looking for some around that size and I like the brass rim.

Cheers

Excellent work!
The little locos are just as much fun as the big ones.
Build your own track now.

PLS has a 2.5" gauge track.

Granted...it is a ground level track... but rails are rails. And the older we get the more attractive smaller engines become
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

Sorry, Have not been on here.
The gauge I found from an old pressure regulator. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the connection and silver soldered in the copper line.
I started building a log car for the bugger, something to do LOL

Hi Everyone, I was a little board so I found a drawing of a wood wagon to build to pull behind the loco pic attached. I took all the dimensions and times them 1.41, scale came out nice!
