Covid Creations

Post by rwmorris »

Well... Most of us are stuck at home and we all have plenty of things to keep us busy. Here's a few things I've been working on.

Wishing you all the best during these interesting times.

Very nice work, Robert! How long will your elevated track be?

Thanks Rob! It's only 60ft but it will feel like 60 miles to me... I just love having the locomotive fired up and listening to it dig in at the beginning of a run. I'm sure I'll have plenty of fun going back-n-forth. Wife thinks I'm nuts but that's probably correct on her part. ;-)

This will have 3.5" and 4.75". I might add a 4th rail to capture 2.5" gauge but I'm not sure if I want to deal with it. I have a 4-4-2 in 2.5" but I'm not sure if I'll go thru the ordeal of getting it ready to run.

I can say that I agree with this, I have run on John Kurdzionak's 100' back and forth track and it is far more fun than it should be!
