I don't have anything to say about it, but it sure is interesting. I vaguely remember seeing reference to Winton being able to supply 15" and 24" Mogul locomotives and saw a 15" version in Sonoma in the early 1990s. I have always suspected that the offering of 24" was only an attempt to stir up interest and if someone contacted them they would make one. This proves that it was more than just someone's dream.
