And last for now a big thanks to a fellow live steamer here on the chat for helping me get this sent to shapways.
I hope high temp paint or caliper paint will holdup. Jim

My plan all along was to make the dummy rods adjustable and still will for the back axle. But I wanted to try to hit the mark before I made them adjustable. Put a sharp point on the tram, bored the big end slid that on the crank and with tram in center point of crank swing an arc across the center line. With a magnifier find the point and very lightly punch. Then with the magnifier find the point . Each side were separate. Well the stars aligned and I hit both of them with no binding. I decided my luck had peaked for the day so I pulled out the dynamo castings and started filling the flashing while watching football. Jim

I guess I should have said just to be clear I set the tram to the center to center of the axles. But to do this you need to have the journal boxes pushed all the same direction .
Rough sawed 3/4" stock for the front side rods
The bottom rod shows what happens when you lose focus. I sawed most of the grease or oil pedestal off. I will build it up with weld about 1/8" or so. The last shot is the scene of the crime. Jim

1st rod profiled
Started to use a fly cutter to cut the Internal radius because I did not have the right size cutter and it grabbed which is the shinny spot. So I used a smaller cutter than the print called for. I will work on the other rod this afternoon. Jim
