Brown & Sharpe 1000VC

I am looking at a B&S 1000VC cnc milling machine at a very cheap price. It have a Mitisubiti controller (1990) on it. Has anyone had any experence with one? Would the machine be a good fit for a retrofit if needed? It has a 10 hp AC spindle motor and servos on the axis drives.
