The Home Machinist!

I have an older D&M4 CNC Mill that I am trying to learn how to use in order to teach a high school class. I am trying to manually move to home position, but I cannot manually move it because the "stall" light is flashing. Does anyone know how to get the "stall" light to turn off?

This forum would pretty much be for manual milling machines. We do have a dedicated CNC forum that might get you an answer or two.
