Hmmm. I can find no place to enter it, but the flags are set to let members email me.
Perhaps this board does not allow members to email each other?

I'm not a big fan of PMs

I'll PM my email to you

Ron,

What was cool, is that your link led me to this one,

http://sears.pammar.net/index.html

which is a really cool Vintage Garden Tractor,
parts, info, and manual site. 8)

Ken,
If you're interested in garden tractors, check out this site:
http://www.mytractorforum.com/index.php
It's massive & a little hard to navigate, but there is a dedicated Craftsman/Sears forum...just to keep some semblance of the original thread topic...

I have to say thanks to both of you. The Sears related sites are timely because I've got a "Super Seven" under a tarp that needs attention this year. I think I have about 9 lawn and garden tractors keeping 2 or 3 running.

Just to be clear, I have the manual for that 109-20630 lathe in digital format (7 JPG images, ZIPped)
I will email them on request to anyone who PMs me with your email address.
I probably have a manual on all the other 109 variants as well.

Rex,
You already have my email address, from yesterday when
I sent you the manuals I had.

Yes, please send me all the variants of the series 109's.

That would be great.. 8)

Thanks.

Hello Oh Great Ones,
I just joined this forum. I've been a hands-on tinkerer since I was a little kid. Had all the shop classes in school. Bought a gas welder when I was 13. Used lathes and mills in Jr High, High school, and college. I recently purchased an Atlas 109.20630 that needs some work. Is it worth spending a lot of money getting it to a "usable" condition, or do you suggest that I get something else? For example, it has a 4 jaw and I'd like to get a 3 jaw, but just buying the 3 jaw will cost more than what I paid for the lathe. I would like to get something bigger but not too big, since it's for hobby/automotive stuff.
