Little Machine Shop 5100 lathe - opinions?

sprior here, I'm the friend of SteveM that got the LMS 5100 lathe (and also just joined this board). I've already been into woodworking for quite a while and have owned a wood lathe for years, other hobbies include 3D printing, woodworking CNC, and electronics, so a good part of my usage will likely be metric. I got the lathe along with a decent set of tooling, some indicators, B&S micrometer, some metal and plastic stock to turn, a bunch of woodworking clamps, and a Leigh dovetail jig - everything pictured on this table:

so overall I think I can't have gone too far wrong on the purchase.

I don't yet have specific projects I'd like to do on the metal lathe, it'll likely be little parts that come up for other projects. I look forward to climbing the learning curve a bit, currently watching a LOT of how-to videos.

You will find a lot of help here on just about anything you'd want to do.
