That CM lathe looks just like a different model of the Tida lathe, the TD-1236B (B version, not E as earlier indicated). This was also rebadged under various names including CM and Enco I think. An Enco model number was 110-2032, though I thinkk that was the 12"x30" model, not sure about the 12"x36" size. As seen a short way down the page here:

Here's a PDF of the manual apparently (though you have to be a CNCZone member):

Ken, Welcomes are always polite, but over three years late?
I would also guess the suggestion that choprboy isn't gonna post his whereabouts if he hasn't by now.
Sorry Ken, couldn't resist.

At almost any price under $1500 that would be a no-brainer Buy Now.
If it has tooling it would be worth more.
Of course, if I were talking to the seller "It's just an obsolete off-shore lathe that's 20 years out of date. It's not CNC is it? No, didn't think so. And you want HOW much for it???"

Bumping an old thread for some additional information. One came up locally, and I'm seriously considering it. Taiwan built in 1994.

Any specific issues known to these units? Does anyone have the manual?

EDIT: got the manual. The link on CNC Zone wasn't working, but now it is. Forum glitch? Anyway, all good.
