Be careful what coating you order. Some coatings will cause ali to adhere to the cutter. I use uncoated carbide with polished flutes.

When I ordered the end mill from McMaster Carr, it was stated in the catalog that it was for aluminum, brass, bronze and other non ferrous metals.
