Kind of unusual layout as most have the numbers in sequential order.

From a video on youtube, I was able to see the third one had
61,53 and 47, but couldn't see any more than that.

Anyone know what other numbers there should be?

That's a really fine dividing head and I'm suitably envious. Walter has a pretty good pedigree. With a 40-1 head then the plate hole numbers that are missing will be the exact same as what other 40-1 heads use such as B&S, Cincinnati etc. other than something special or odd numbered outside the regular plates. So those would obviously be something ordered for a specific job or made on the head itself. The great part is with a standard 40-1 you can use any other manufacturer's division charts for full turns and hole counts while dividing. Surprisingly I just checked Keith's OWWM machine manual section and they don't show any scans of anything made by Walter. And nothing on the Lathes UK website either.
