Installing this set of trucks

Hi All, everything works as it should hydraulically, however we have a side to side wobble, I aligned gears did not help, removed front chain, wobble reduced slightly, removed rear chain and it seems that the gear on the pump may be the issue, set screws were loose tighten same, how can we tell if it is the gear or motor shaft, seems unlikely it would be that short shaft.
