Throttle valve

Post by Chris Hollands »

This valve is the Rolls Royce of throttle valves and very expensive , Jim Kreider uses these on his Berkshire engines but it is to small for the

Challenger so it can find a new home - the valve is brand new never used .

It is a Swagelok 1/2" true thermal ball valve rated at 1000 psi @ 850F all S/S with 1" compression fittings , and the best part about Swageloc valves

you can get rebuild kits for them if required .

The compression fittings can be reduced in size to suit as standard reducers will fit .

The linkage on the valve is from Jim's throttle drawings and can be RH/LH position .

To replace this valve with the compression fittings would be over $500 US .

Asking $395US includes postage in N America - paypal if you want to
