The set must be for the 150 export version, same as the USA 150 B version. The bolt sizes are usually all noted in whitworth and US standard.
There are close to 100 drawings in the complete set.

I just reviewed - you must be correct. I see reference on one print to "....for Japan...", along with Whitworth threads throughout the print.

Is it safe to assume that the overall compressor remains the same, just conversions to Whitworth threads are the "only" changes?

Yes, all same. It was a world standard by that time.

Some rr's designed their own like the PRR that built some for 300psi steam.

I have the list of drawings for the complete 150cc set that ill get my hands on again soon, I'll make sure everyone gets the list.
