Try Hill and Griffith, I get Petribond, parting compound, copper flux, and sodium silicate. My salesman in Ohio is a good guy. Tom Dempsy 216-440-4447.

I'm going to have to take back what I said about the new batch of casting sand that I made and was bragging about in my previous post, with each successive pour the quality of the finish is getting worse. I can't explain it but the finish is now worse than that from the old overused sand that I was complaining about. Sorry if I misled anyone.

I used 30 weight motor oil to revamp my sand......never had trouble with it
