You just need a spanner. I don't recall the size but you can figure out the diameter by dividing the circumference by pi.

The kit I bought way back when was just a dual hose with knobs on top of the cans. I can't imagine trying to hold a tolerance on that. If it was me, I would probably try to bore them grind. Interested to see how you manage it.

Assuming that to be a 6" part based on is relative size to what is assumed to be a 2" face on the DI, that means roughly 1 thou in 3", or 3 tenths per inch. So it doesn't meet the tool room lathe requirements but I wouldn't take my tool room lathe apart to fix that for the parts I do....

I would worry less about the flywheel and more about holding the connecting rod. I know that's easier said than done. But am adjustable parallel with brass or aluminum sheet. Or maybe a piece of copper wire to take up the gap. Lightly clamp the flywheel. I know you don't want to put too much force o...
