I can't get my photo loaded. I had made panels, 1:12 scale. The imprints were .070" high 5 rows, the sheet metal was 24 gauge.piece was 2.25 x 9.5". The center was pulled in .060, if you did 25 rows the contraction would be .300.

The shrinkage will be huge, note that is why they make full size in 5 pieces.

Some BS mics have a expanding nut on the end of the thimble. Loosen that and the thimble is free to slide into

To get each centerline of collet bore equal to each surface (4 sides, 6 sides)but equal to each other will really add to setup and grinding time. And what is your tolerance allowed?
