steve tig will fry you! the area where you cover with a tie is really susceptible. use gloves, a long sleeve shirt. may have to order from minnesota hey.

file a small flat on the key where the set screw can lock down on, loctite the set screw using one that can be released with the aplication of heat.
loctite green comes to mind.
