A quick search on vintagemachinery.org "hints' that that name may refer to the motor.

There is nothing on lathe.co.UK.

Doesn't the sleeve need a compression slit so that it can clamp on the quill when the attachment is tightened down?

Congratulations. A SB should be a step up from the Atlas, even in a smaller size. That much of your tooling will work is a definite plus!

Have you tried Gerstner? I believe that they sell replacement parts.
They do, but I figured there has to be another source...
